What to Include (Faster Resolution)
- Order ID
- Issue type (payment delay, duplicate payment, refund request, setup issue, recovery issue)
- Payment method/chain used
- Transaction hash (if payment-related)
- Screenshot or error message (if setup/provisioning-related)
Refund Requests
Refund requests should be sent to support on X and must be submitted within the refund window described in the refund policy.
If approved, refunds are sent to the chain and wallet address provided by the user during the refund process.
