Scope of This Refund Policy
This policy applies to TaoFlow VPN plan purchases made through the public checkout. It covers requests related to payment processing, duplicate payments, and service delivery issues.
When a Refund May Be Approved
- Confirmed duplicate payment for the same order
- Payment accepted but service could not be delivered within a reasonable support window
- Billing or processing error attributable to the service workflow
When a Refund May Not Be Approved
- User selected the wrong network/asset or sent funds to the wrong destination
- User-side device/network misconfiguration that can be resolved with setup support
- Refund requests submitted after the 72-hour refund window
- Abuse, fraud, or policy violations
Setup Support Before Refund Review
TaoFlow may ask for basic troubleshooting steps before deciding a refund request, especially when the issue appears related to WireGuard client setup or local networking.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact TaoFlow support on X chat: @taoflownetwork.
- Describe the problem clearly (for example: duplicate payment, service issue, or billing error).
- Share the relevant order ID and payment details so TaoFlow can review the request.
- Submit the refund request within 72 hours.
Refund Review Time
Refund review time depends on the issue type and whether payment/provider reconciliation is required. TaoFlow will review requests as quickly as practical and may ask for additional details.
How Refunds Are Issued
If a refund is approved, TaoFlow will send the refund to the chain and wallet address provided by the user during the refund process. Processing time may vary based on network and provider constraints.
Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors
Duplicate payments and identifiable billing errors should be reported as soon as possible with the order ID and transaction details so TaoFlow can verify records and respond quickly.
